At Innocenters we have created a collaboration and innovation support center for private and public companies and organizations. This way, it’s a space for training and events that helps finance networking between clients and assistants sharing their experiences.

The exclusive nature of these meetings, along with the attendees and talks means that the Innovation Center has converted into one of the main branches of our company, not just in Spain, but also in Mexico and Colombia.

We are looking for a clear objective: the improvement of regional rivalry, share gratifying experiences and generate a quality-working network. In this sense, Erika Epalza, event coordinator of the corporate events, confirms that the results are incomparable: top debates, and networks expanding high power and influential contacts.

The last events that have been held at Innocenters have focused on innovations and Lean Startups; realities that in OPINNO we want to promote and develop with our clients and friends.

In this space we’ve had prominent figures such as Bob Dorf, who made the most of his visit to Spain, presenting his book El manual del Emprendedor to share with us.

Erika

But, how do we achieve all of this? Erika confirms that the base of its success is in the organization of the events with a limited attendance of between 40 and 70 attendees in order to create a close and trusting atmosphere.

On the other hand, they have established a selection of unique and attractive topics. The attendees came with the motivation to talk, listen and learn about the latest trends, sharing their experiences and participating in a relaxed way.

It’s because of this that the role of our events coordinator is vital for the obtaining of these objectives. Once the topic is selected and the talks are confirmed, she’s in charge of evaluating the target, creating a database with possible applications.

Afterwards, she looks for Spanish companies and firms with experience in the topics and divides the results, sending the invitation to all of them, solving problems, sending confirmation emails and sorting out accreditations.

A documental work that using a physical space where meetings will take place, catering, air conditioning and every thing else that’s necessary for the meetings in which Erika assures that “the attendees always leave satisfied and with new knowledge, just like our team”.
