Friday, October 5th, marks the beginning of a new series of casual meetings in the Madrid office. Our team welcomed experts from the Opinno network, innovation consultants, and entrepreneurs.
Pedro Moneo, the founder and CEO of Opinno, reminded us of our mission, that of empowering organizations through open innovation. He told us a couple of stories from the beginnings of the company, founded in 2008, the same week Lehman Brothers went bankrupt.
Tommaso Canonici, Managing Director of Opinno Europe, made an excellent presentation about innovation and Opinno’s plan for the next years.
After the first two presentations, the program leaders of Ideas, People, Solutions, and Academy, told us about their teams’ accomplishments, challenges, and projections for the future. Alejandro Briceño talked about Opinno.org, the social branch of the company, that works on initiatives to drive social change through innovation and entrepreneurship.
The Friday Breakfast was an excellent opportunity for all teams to get together, socialize, share success stories and challenges, in a less formal setting.
And not last, participants enjoyed a hearty and rich breakfast with spectacular coffee.
