The company has given workshops on crowdfunding, customer experience and lean start-up in the cultural innovation events Innovate!
The cultural sector is of a creative nature, where thinking differently and making risky proposals is common. Opinno wanted to contribute to the promotion of the industry through three workshops on innovation in cultural enterprises in the Innovate! conferences that have been held in Zaragoza (Spain) on the 26th and 27th of March.
Opinno, as a company focused on innovation, applies creativity in all business development processes. Furthermore, "it has extensive experience in consulting and training companies to help them achieve success through these methodologies," said the member of Opinno Think, Néstor Rodríguez. Therefore, The Zaragoza City of Knowledge Foundation has selected the company to provide these workshops.
In these sessions, Opinno has used his experience to explain three key aspects for the cultural sector. The first focused on crowdfunding or collective financing as a way to launch a project; the second addressed how client experience can attract a larger audience and the third consisted in explaining different lean start-up techniques on product development.
The sessions consisted of a theoretical portion and a practical portion where attendees were able to learn the methodologies used by Opinno for innovation and entrepreneurship. "The workshops will serve assistants as an introduction and so that they can learn the vocabulary and basic techniques," Rodriguez said.
To illustrate the information given in the workshops practical examples were used of artists who have innovated in formats and sales techniques. This is the case of the band Extremoduro who starred in the first crowdfunding in history in the 1980s, and Radiohead who has released their latest album openly on the internet.
Creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship and customer centric are the keys of Opinno’s work, advising other organizations on these matters. The processes of consulting and training initiatives are one of the pillars of the company's work as they help other businesses succeed and thus advance the society.
