In October, 2017, Opinno collaborated with Sanitas on the organization of a breakfast event for talent management with experts from the future of work sector; they discussed the importance of keeping the client at the centre of business considerations.
According to Sanitas, ‘The management of talent is going through one of its most interesting moments in recent years due to the advance of new technologies and their effect on business organization.’
The breakfast was attended by Sanitas’ Director of HR, Raquel Gil, and the L&D manager of People, Daniel Ferrero.Pedro Moneo, founder and CEO of Opinno acted as chair of a panel of experts on a range of subjects, such as employee experience (Alfonso Zuleica, BBVA); motivation (Ruben Turienzo, Telepizza); and talent (Maria de las Fuentes Fuentes, Telefonica).
