The page for the third edition of the event in the country has a new image
For the third time since 2013, the city of Medellín in Colombia will host the world's most important emerging technologies meeting, EmTech. The meeting is part of the MIT Technology Reviewmagazine Spanish edition, published by Opinno, and organizes its events department. For this occasion, Congress has since yesterday published a new website that hosts all information concerning the event, which will take place on the 12th and 13th May 2015.
The site, in line with the image of MIT Technology Review in Spanish, is characterized by its "clean, clear and intuitive" style, according to the director of design at Opinno, Borja de Vega. It has also been adapted for navigation on smartphones and tablets. To do this, everything occurs in a responsive format, which facilitates reading in these devices.
These improvements add value to the page that comes ready to receive a large flow of visitors from the public during the event. The person responsible for the development of the page and director of Opinno Labs, Jose Zerpa, says it is "easier to use than previous versions made for previous editions".
This page will serve, from now on, as a guide for designing websites for future events organized by the company. "In this way the style and accessibility for all EmTech pages will have the same uniform appearance," adds Zerpa.
Drones, space entrepreneurship and much more
Among the new features already found on the website of EmTech Colombia 2015, the details taking shape are thematic panels of the event and its prestigious speakers. The site also includes a section for registration and ticket buying.
As in every edition EmTech, the content of the lectures will focus on analyzing the latest technological advances that are shaping society and at the same time, to inform researchers, entrepreneurs, businessmen and investors who work in them.
On this occasion, the topics addressed include the technological trends that are most talked about today. Some of them are 3D printing, the internet and virtual reality. But he also reserved space to analyze new trends that deserve attention and analysis by experts as the possibilities of space venture, trends in user experience, the use of drones in agriculture, the future of autonomous cars and the value of the gamification in business, among other innovations.
EmTech is a showcase where the most prominent technology gurus, scientists and young entrepreneurs present the most innovative proposals that will transform society, the quality of people's lives and how to do business in the future. Opinno from its various specialized departments, promotes such events to increase the transfer of ideas across society so that people can be a little closer to wanting to change the world.
