Our lab team has participated in the organization of the first edition of a workshop at Google‘Iberian Google Cloud Platform Tour 2014’.
The Opinno event has been the first stop in a series of workshops that will travel around a variety of Spanish cities, spreading and introducing new concepts to all interested in getting to know their main products. Its aim is to transmit information about topics that could be useful in the near future from new emerging businesses.
More than fifty were present at the workshop presented by Andrés Leonardo Martínez, Google Developer Relations and Nacho Coloma as an expert developer.
In two four-hour sessions each, they focused mainly on the elaboration of practical activities using the App Engine tool, that works with incredible flexibility in the creation of it’s own applications with the necessary power to satisfy the needs of the business in a progressive yet simple way.
The second day focused on the learning of the remaining tools such as Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL y BigQuery aimed at, amongst other things, to manage information without the necessity of large servers.
With this productive course, the object was to better the inner-working of businesses that still have a large growth margin, helping them to accelerate their projects.
