On March 13th, Ibercaja Banco and the Ibercaja Foundation presented the Ecosistema Más Empresa - a new way of relating to companies, entrepreneurs, professionals, and society in general. The initiative, which for now will be focused on the Spanish ecosystem, will allow different companies to create new opportunities and innovation models
The idea of the ecosystem is to prioritize the new realities of the market, based on collaboration and teamwork. For this reason, our founder Pedro Moneo participated in the event to share existing management trends in the digital age according to HBR
During the conference Pedro discussed how disruptive companies enter the market from below with viral business models and with the help from clients who are willing to see these companies grow. In order for an established company to disrupt the market, it has to ensure the coexistence of excellence and innovation. Pedro also acknowledged that finding the best time to launch a new technology is one of the most difficult challenges companies face, and continued to explain that in the near future, we will see more use of blockchain to create cheap and agile tools that can certify transactions
He concluded his speech with some parting advice that organizations should not be calm, and if they are, they should be concerned. If employees start to feel less inspired, they become less productive. Pedro stressed that we must encourage productive rebellion so that the dissatisfied community can provide value, and that companies need to give their employees the opportunity to express themselves.
