There is no doubt that the ability to work in a team must come, in part, in oneself, but sometimes the members of a work team do not back up as they should, there is no unity or it is too hard to reach it, and therefore the productivity of this group is diminished.
A team with solid foundations, will be able to respond quickly to the changing and vertiginous requirements that affect us today, where the economic dynamic forces companies to cut costs without harming performance, and always seeking to be as productive as possible.
Last Friday, July 6, we celebrated our traditional team building event called Opinno Summer Offsite where more than 150 Opinno employees have the opportunity to share different recreational activities to increase teamwork through collaboration.
The summer offsite is a fun educational event organized by and for Opinno, whose main objective is to strengthen personal relationships among employees in a fun way outside the offices, while transmitting and learning a series of internal values.
Some of the activities this year included kayaking and river descent, as well as a gymkhana full of challenges based on the values of the organization. These activities allowed the workers to get to know each other better, especially in situations different from those they face on a regular basis, so that they adopt a certain feeling of belonging to an organization and feel part of a group.
