Description

A tool that allows the generation of new ideas and action plans for their development, based on the observations made to the users in a concrete context and taking into account the key principles established by the team

What for?

Generate solutions to a challenge through the 360º vision from the reflection on the problem and main insights through the definition of ideas and action plans

Step by step

  1. Write in the first quadrant the problems, observations and insights you have detected in the observation phase
  2. Go to the second quadrant and write down the principles that the solution must comply with (these may be strategic pillars, values or key factors for the development of the solution that have been established with the client or team)
  3. Based on the first two quadrants write ideas in the third quadrant (it is advisable to cluster and prioritize an idea on which to run the 4th quadrant, although you can do it on several)
  4. When you have an idea or several prioritized ideas, think about what actions you should take to make them a reality and write them down in the last quadrant

Tips for use

  1. Keep the order of the quadrants during the dynamics
  2. Define how to write in each quadrant (e.g. verb + time..)
  3. Define the principles using the values of the company, the strategic pillars, the added value of the solution you are looking for, etc
  4. Prioritize ideas before defining "experiments" (action plans)
  5. Sort the "experiments" into short, medium and long term action plans
