Opinno’s very own Talent Management Team has participated in ‘Company Day’ at the Escuela de Organizacion Industrial. The event, which took place on April 25th saw our team in pursuit of talented future employees for Opinno offices around the world.

The EOI has become a benchmark institution in Madrid for training and educating graduates who become the company leaders of the future. The school has a vision of a more social, sustainable and digital business outlook, and is fertile territory for talent-spotting.

Our Human Resources business partner Sergio Rodriguez was responsible for organizing strategies designed to attract possible candidates. One of the approaches featured was a regular component of our organizational methodologies employed at Opinno: Design Thinking. Once again it was a case of form imitating function; not only did future job candidates have a chance to see how this organizational dynamic works, but Opinno used Design Thinking’s systems of divergent thinking to hook promising candidates throughout processes involved in the approach. This involves both divergent thinking, where many solutions and ideas can be explored, as well as convergent thinking, where ideas are narrowed down in well-defined stages.

Sergio also organized a talk outlining the business ethos behind Lean Start-up, a methodology involving validated learning which aims to shorten product development cycles. He also introduced participants to other disruptive business methodologies.

To conclude, our representative in Human resources gave those present a professional insight into how to improve and present a CV which will maximize job possibilities for companies. He also spoke of the real job opportunities available at Opinno in the U.S.A., Mexico, and Madrid.
