Our Think team has been immersed in the carrying out of training courses for the employees of a large energy business.

Until now, the department lead by Tommaso Canonici has had three workshops in which 15 groups of five people have participated: a total of 75 contributors of the energy corporation that have already started different innovation projects.

All of them are betting on a development using a disruptive mentality, while at the same time promoting huge improvements within the institution in which they are working. It’s for this reason that during the whole process the employees and the company is being involved, generating an incubated atmosphere for big projects.

OPINNO’s role is to speed up the development process of its ideas: “we provide all of the methodology and work with them over one week to define a business model, confirms test pilots and possible tests with the users to finally prepare a presentation of the proposal” assures Tommaso, who trusts that a lot of them will arrive at a good place.

Working

The Think team shows new business methods on a collective level that can be used on a daily basis. We talked about Lean StartUp and Design Thinking, processes that have been successfully implemented within new business all over the world.

Actually, it’s not the first time that our blue team has carried out courses like this, as along with the energy giant, there have also been parallel activities in Ecuador. They have spent two year getting closer to innovation in business, not just in Spain, but also in Colombia and The United States.

The result? Tommaso confirms that it has surpassed all expectations. Thanks to the satisfaction survey we can know that the majority of employees that have received coaching are now going after their objectives with success, being able to implement some of these ideas in a real way within their business.
