Last Thursday, June 21 The Association for the Development of the Customer Experience (DEC) held the V edition of its awards related to the best practices of this discipline in business.

 

Opinno had the opportunity to participate with one of the customer experience projects and was nominated in the "Best customer journey" category, remaining in the top 3 of the finalists. This award recognizes that project that, through its analysis and creation processes, has been able to identify and work with each point of contact with the client throughout the entire trip.

The DEC association was born in Spain with the vocation of being an international reference in Customer Experience -especially in the field of Spanish speaking- and invites all companies and professionals to share knowledge and join in the development and evangelization of this discipline, which is strategic for the growth of organizations.
