It is said that habits are hard to change, as one is habituated to certain methods, changing to new ways is often a challenge.

This happens in every aspect, individual or collective. Over many years, companies have deciphered what works best for them and have clung to those methodologies through different adversities managing to stay afloat. However, in the last decade things have evolved so much that traditional ways are just not making the cut anymore.

What's different?

Nowadays, digital forms have transformed the way we work and the way we live. Companies have slowly organized digital transformations in order to prepare their employees for the change of mindset needed to succeed in the new markets. A digital transformation is imperative for every company no matter how small or big it is; as every organization is different it is hard to pinpoint what a digital transformation is. In general, it involves the integration of digital technology into all areas of a business, changing how the company operates and how it delivers value to its customers. Most importantly, it is a cultural change that requires organizations to frequently challenge the status quo, experiment, and get comfortable with failure.

One of the leaders in private security in Spain have reached a turning point and have decided to go through a digital transformation embracing new work methodologies. Opinno has designed a digitalization strategy of innovative forms of work, accompaniment to meetings, implementing new methodologies and teaching Opinno´s concept on the development of ideas.

Opinno Training

The journey

The first objective is to start with a specific training. After the evaluation of 4 Customer Experience projects and defining the methodology adapted to the reality of the company, 4 working groups will be formed so that they know how to apply innovative methodologies and tools for project resolution. The next step will be for an agile coach to accompany all teams in order to ensure the correct application of the methodologies imparted so their status and progress can be reported. Once a series of ideas are established, the phase of conceptualizing and developing the ideas with MVPs will take place. During this phase an agile coach will continue imparting the dynamics.

To achieve these goals, Opinno has designed a journey of four phases. In the first phase, alignment, a set-up will take place. Integrated by the stakeholders of the projects and those people considered necessary in the area of customer experience, agile commercial team and CRM in order to know how to proceed in the following phases and to be able to customize as much as possible the methodology.

Phase two revolves around learning by doing. It consists of training through innovation methodologies according to the needs of the teams to carry out the projects with the groups. The bootcamp training aims to equip the members of the agile cells with the tools and knowledge necessary to lay the foundations for the launch of their projects.Lastly, phase three and four go hand in hand, as the teams will have an accompaniment process with an agile coach during all their meetings in order to help optimally implement all methodologies and tools.
